Any activity becomes creative when the doer cares about doing it right, or doing it better. John Updike
Philosophy
A designer's job is to interpret a client's ideas and goals into visual representation of those ideas and goals. I do that with elegance, inventively and minimally. I pride myself in the detail of my work. Each line, shape and stroke is a subtle component of the whole design. The details link cohesively and seamlessly, into one clear idea.
A logo, for example, is a recognizable symbol of a business conveying its essence in one concise symbol. Think of Nike for a moment. Only their logo is needed for recognition. The company name has become superfluous.
Experience
My experience includes a variety of types of projects from logos and letterhead to brochures and programs to T-shirts and even aprons. Click here to view my portfolio of graphic design projects.
